The two modern main conference rooms Sala AZZURRA and Sala ROSSA are equipped with every comfort and equipped with audio and video systems. There are also three smaller and more informal meeting rooms that overlook the park and are therefore very quiet.
The Villa has 50 comfortable rooms including double, twin and single rooms, for a maximum occupancy of 82 people). The furnishings of the rooms are simple and functional. Each room has a large private bathroom, air conditioning, direct telephone and wifi internet connection. The rooms are located on two floors, all located near an elevator. All the rooms are very quiet, away from traffic noise, and most of them overlook the internal garden with its ancient well.
Our restaurant (in-house catering) is open to guests for lunch and dinner and offers a rich breakfast buffet to satisfy every taste. You can choose between three types of service: self-service, buffet or traditional. Our chefs offer regional dishes according to the needs of customers.
Our facility offers self-managed accommodation in a wing of the Villa, which is often chosen by groups without too many pretensions such as young people, students, parish communities, etc. This is a more economical accommodation and in fact the rates are very low.
If your dream has always been to celebrate a ceremony or an anniversary in a splendid eighteenth-century villa, suspended in a corner of paradise on Lake Maggiore, immersed in large and sumptuous spaces, this is the location that best suits your needs. We offer everything you need to organize lunches and refreshments for every occasion and we have different types of environments from which to choose the one most suitable for the situation. The catering is internal but on request it is also possible to rent only the location. The beautiful 10-hectare park that surrounds our villa, full of trees and exotic plants is freely accessible to guests, even for photo shoots.
